The class experience includes: Circle Ceremony, Mirrored Asana, Partner Yoga Flow, Assisted Inversions, Partner Acrobatics, Flying Sequences and Thai Massage.

Please bring: lunch, yoga mat, comfortable clothes and water.
Basic understanding of yoga helpful, no partner necessary.
